1. Delivery Area

We currently serve major cities and residential areas in Nigeria, committed to ensuring you receive fresh goods in a timely manner. Our core delivery areas include:

2. Delivery Time and Cut-off Time

Our delivery times are aligned with the daily routines of Nigerians, offering two delivery options: same-day delivery and next-day delivery to suit your busy schedule:

Same-Day Delivery

Applicable to: Orders placed before 2:00 PM (West African Time) within the central areas of Lagos, Abuja, and Port Harcourt.

Delivery Time Slots: 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM (evening) or 7:00 PM to 9:00 PM (night) – Please select your preferred time slot at checkout.

Next-Day Delivery

Applicable to: Orders placed after 2:00 PM (West African Time), or delivery to areas outside the central areas (e.g., Kubuwa in Abuja, Lekki Phase IV in Lagos, or the outskirts of Ibadan).

Delivery Time: 9:00 AM to 12:00 PM (noon) or 12:00 PM to 3:00 PM (afternoon) – Please select your delivery time at checkout.

Important Notes:

We do not offer delivery on public holidays (e.g., Democracy Day, Independence Day, Christmas, Eid al-Fitr/Eid al-Adha). Orders placed on public holidays will be delivered on the next business day.

During peak periods (e.g., the end of the month, Christmas, or Eid al-Fitr), delivery times may be extended by 1-2 hours – we will notify you of any changes via email/SMS.

4. Delivery Process (Detailed Steps)

Place an Order: Browse our fresh produce (yams, tomatoes, peppers, etc.), staple foods (rice, beans, tapioca flour), dairy products, meats, and household goods – add to cart and checkout.

Confirm Delivery Details: Enter your address (please include your neighborhood name, house number, and landmark for navigation), select a delivery time slot, and choose your payment method (see “Payment Options” below).

Order Confirmation: You will receive an email/SMS containing your order number, delivery time slot, and order tracking link.

Pre-Delivery Reminder: 45-60 minutes before your scheduled delivery time, we will send you a message via SMS/WhatsApp with the delivery person's name, phone number, and estimated arrival time.

Contactless Delivery or In-Person Delivery:

Select "Contactless Delivery" at checkout—we will leave your order at your doorstep and send a photo for confirmation.

Select In-Person Delivery, and the delivery person will call you upon arrival to deliver your order.

Post-Delivery Inspection: After delivery, we will send a short survey via WhatsApp to confirm that your order has been delivered fresh and intact.

5. Packaging and Quality Assurance (Adjusted for the Nigerian Market)

We use packaging specifically designed to protect your groceries from the Nigerian weather (high temperatures, occasional rainfall) to ensure freshness:

Refrigerated/Frozen Foods: Packed in sturdy, insulated boxes with reusable ice packs, keeping meats, dairy products, and frozen foods (such as ice cream and frozen fries) chilled for up to 4 hours.

Fresh Produce: Yams, potatoes, and vegetables are wrapped in breathable paper bags to prevent spoilage; ripe fruits (bananas, mangoes) are placed in lined containers to prevent bruising.

Staple Foods and Dry Goods: Rice, beans, and cassava flour (gari) are sealed in moisture-proof plastic bags to prevent moisture absorption.
